Villa Nuba boasts a fabulous location, on the hill of Colle Giorgio, just outside Perugia. In fact, Umbria's capital is so close that guests staying at Villa Nuba can easily reach the city's incredibly well-conserved, medieval center on foot.

Intimate and exclusive, Villa Nuba provides quality guest accommodation in just three, attractive self-catering apartments. Offering a pleasing combination of old world charm and contemporary technology, all three apartments are furnished in traditional country style, complete with antique furniture, terracotta floors and wood burning fires, and are equipped with wireless internet connectivity, air-conditioning and luxurious hydromassage baths.

Comprised of living room, two bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms, Villa Nuba's "Del Perugino" and "Del Pinturicchio" apartments both sleep up to 6 guests and are available for a minimum of 7 nights. Ideal for a romantic weekend break, and much loved by honeymooners, the smaller "Del Bonfigli" apartment is available for a minimum 2 night stay. The owners of the property live on site and are always more than happy to assist guests, providing invaluable insider information to ensure they experience the very best of Umbria and neighboring Tuscany.

The perfect place in which to relax after a morning spent exploring the city of Perugia or sailing on the nearby Lake Trasimeno, Villa Nuba's swimming pool is located in a particularly sunny corner of the villa's garden. Filled with salt water, the chlorine-free pool is a well established favorite with those eager to achieve an authentic Mediterranean sun tan!
